1. The terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through Rene TreVor Website and take effect June 2018 for all orders.

2. You will be asked to give your express agreement to these terms and conditions before you place an order this website.

3. In these terms and conditions, “we” means Rene TreVor Jewelry, “you” means our customer or prospective customer, and “us”, “our”, and “your” should be construed accordingly.

4. Any advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a contractual offer.

5. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in the terms and conditions.

6. To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart with all details in the comments, and then proceed to the checkout: you will be transferred to our payment service providers website, and our payment service provider will handle your payment: we will then send you an initial acknowledgement (at which time your order will become a binding contract): If this is a handmade keepsake item please expect another email to follow with shipping details for inclusions. If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfill your order on our end a full refund will be issued.

7. You will have the opportunity to identify and correct input errors on your order by emailing us at renetrevorjewelry@yahoo.com with your order number (messages via social media such as Facebook or Instagram are not accepted).

8. Sales may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Items will be made as classic without order notes. Conversations that take place via email, telephone, social media or other means do not constitute order notes. All notes must be put on order notes otherwise the pieces will be made as standard without any discussed variations. If you forget to add notes, please reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours and we will add notes to your order and check that they are there. We do not accept changes after an order is placed.

10. Elements, colors, stamping engraving and accents etc. will be placed at the artist’s discretions unless previously agreed upon. If you have agreed to or asked for something that is not a standard design then you must make a note on your order. Some features you should expect to find in our handmade jewelry include and are not limited to: the air bubbles in resin and silicone are natural and although artist goes through great effort to prevent them there may be some that are visible. This is a normal element in handmade resin jewelry and air bubbles will not be classed as faults. Colors of elements will vary greatly, photos on the website are other clients elements and your piece will look very different even with clear resin. Pieces will never look the exact same as those on our website because they are all handmade and the elements you send vary vastly. For example, cremation ashes vary from white to brown and even black. Locks of hair are a rainbow of colors, not to mention the shimmers and pigments add to the design. Each color will display something different with your elements than with another customers.

11. Most of our rings, pendants, and earrings are handmade will look handmade and you may see small scratches, excess, solder, seams, inconsistencies and marks that are typical to items which are not produced by mass production. If you like more of a perfect finish, handmade may not be for you.

12. We do our best to keep items consistent and we use different suppliers for our materials so there may be some variables with different settings, wire settings, and bezels. Photos on our website are used to give you a visual of what your keepsake will look like.

13. We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we may not select to continue to supply any product or type of product but will aim toward still making products that are of quality.

14. Prices are listed on our website. From time to time, we will change prices on our website. This in no way affects orders that have already been placed. In addition to the product prices, a shipping charge will be added to the total cost. You will be notified before the contract of sale is complete.

15. Payments can be made via PayPal (PayPal account or card payment). If you fail to pay to us any amount due under these terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, then we may withhold the products ordered and/or by written notice to you at any time cancel the contract of sale for the products. If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card or other charge-back then you will be liable to pay us within 7 days following the date of our written request: and amount equal to the amount of the charge-back; all third party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank or payment processing center or card issuer); a $25 insufficient funds fee, all our reasonable costs, losses and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees), will be pursued and for the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognize or fail to remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement, and make a charge-back as a result, this will serve as an unjustified charge-back. Please note: orders may be started and not completed while payment is outstanding. Any pieces in production remain ours until paid for and completed.

16. If you have a complaint or issue with your order, please email us at renetrevorjewelry@yahoo.com. We will send back a reply with 14 days and attempt to find a solution that is fair. Please include your full name, order number and order details when you contact us.

17. Regarding deliveries, we will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. Reasonable protocol will be used to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within the time period set out below, however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all items ordered will be completed within six months following the date of the receipt of payment and the receipt of customer specifications for customization and customer elements (cremation ash) where appropriate. Please refer to our FAQs page for more specific lead times. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be sent within 5 business days of completion.

18. The date of an order is whenever we receive your elements (hair/ash, etc.) and payment in full, whichever comes later.
